Flexible front-end and back-end solution for medium and high volume laboratories
The ultra flexible cobas p 612 pre-analytical system is designed to perform front-end and back-end tasks in the most demanding environment. The basic configuration consists of aliquoting, decapping, sorting and archiving functions. The modular concept allows to build up a system for full scale automation. Camera options help identifying physical aspects of tube and serum / plasma aspects. QS I camera types allow working with generic tips which ensures low consumable cost. For archiving and send- outs the optional multi-diameter Recapping Module is available for primary tubes and aliquots. To improve the scale integration there is front-end and back-end connectivity. There are 2 automated Centrifuge Modules to choose from and the optional pick & place module connects to any conveyor system, if available from your supplier. Flexibility means the ability to sort a mix of tubes from different suppliers of blood collection tubes. With a maximum throughput of up to 1,200 tubes per hour and an aliquoting section which is significantly faster than any other aliquoting system on the market, the cobas p 612 pre- analytical system is the system to handle higher workloads.Through optimized ergonomics, all consumable loading points and daily work areas are well accessible on table top level or higher. Comfort and stress-free work are guaranteed due to the low operational noise levels.
